Hi Vendors,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in our upcoming bazaar at Capitol Piazza, located in the open-air sheltered plaza. As part of an integrated development that includes Capitol Theatre (performing arts and cinema), Eden Residences, and The Capitol Kempinski Hotel, the entire development was beautifully restored in 2015.
Capitol Piazza is directly connected to City Hall MRT Station, making it highly accessible for shoppers, tourists, and working professionals during lunch and evening hours from the surrounding office buildings. Positioned near major attractions like the National Gallery, St. Andrew’s Cathedral, and several heritage buildings, the mall benefits from the influx of tourists exploring the historical and cultural landmarks in the district.
The mall features a carefully curated selection of luxury, niche, and premium brands, attracting an affluent customer base, and offers a variety of dining options ranging from casual cafés to fine dining.
To enhance the holiday experience, the mall will also be hosting a series of Christmas-themed activities, including Christmas carolling, band performances, and festive displays, creating a lively and festive atmosphere.

Admission: FREE
Venue is near City Hall MRT Station linked by underground passageway to MRT station, Funan, City Hall Xchange and Raffles City.
Rental
Rental per stall: $380 (7 days)
Note: the locations of the stalls on our floorplan below. All stalls assigned by Organizer.

9 – 15 December 2024 (7 days, rental $380) SOLD OUT
16 – 22 December 2024 (7 days, rental $380) SOLD OUT
23 – 25 December 2024 (3 days, rental $200) SOLD OUT
Logistics Provided per Stall
– 1 long booth (1.3m(W) x 0.6m(D) x 2.2m(H) booth size)
– 1 chair
(Not able to add extra table, but have to take extra booths for bigger space)
Extra chair cost $10 (7 days)
Activities
– Singing Tree on every Fri – Sun and Christmas Day night.
Christmas tunes by Voices of Singapore and Child Carolers from The Original Folks.
– Snowfall on 15 Nov – 25 Dec night. (in our Outdoor Plaza). Catch the outdoor snowfall for an unforgettable cozy wintery experience.
Capitol Singapore is also linked to the underpass to MRT and various malls. The bazaar is strategically situated in front of the mall entrance.
Stalls expected to sell out fast.
First come first serve for Stall Selection. Vendors who signed up early tend to get the better facing when we are allocating (whenever possible).

– Stalls are not confirmed until payment is made. Any payment made is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer.
– Strictly no refund after payment is made. Vendors may transfer stall to another person, but the Organizer must be informed and subjected to approval.
– Organizer has the right to reject any products that may not be suitable to be sold in the event.- Vendors must not sell any products not stated in this Registration.
– Assignment of stalls is based on first come first serve.
– No outside tables and chairs to be brought into the event venue.
– The Vendor shall be responsible to return the tables and chairs in its original state upon the completion of this lease agreement.
– All Cosmetic/ Skincare/ Nail/ Eye/ Perfume/ Bathe/ Perfume/ Hair products that come in contact with our skin must be produced in a factory approved by HSA.
– All food products must come from a factory or food shop approved by SFA.
– Vendor’s products must not infringe any Copyright Act, be it design/ logo/ brands of any major fashion’s/ sports’ Trademark & Licensed products.
– The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any dispute or liability arising from the sale of products by the Vendor.
– The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages of products during or after event hours.
– The Organizer reserves the right to collect payment from the Vendor to recover any damages caused on the flooring, pushcart, tables or chairs, cost of damages to be determined by professional contractors.
– The Organizer reserves all rights to ban the vendor from booking in future in the event of any dispute.
– All vendors have to clear away any unwanted items or trash at their booth area before they tear down, at the end of the Event.
– The Organizer may at its sole discretion choose to waive some or all parts of this contract. The Organizer reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
By registering under T.Cartel, vendors have read, understood and agreed to observe the terms and conditions.
