In Partnership with the Community Centre, we are organizing a mid-scale flea market in Braddell Heights Community Hub. The address is in Blk 264 Serangoon Central (Beside Nex Shopping Mall).

On 17th June, there will be an Arts Exhibitions going on concurrently with our flea market from5pm – 8pm. Anyway, we will hold our event for 2 days (17th – 18th June, in view of the passing crowd there).

The Flea Market we are organizing will last for 2 days and we expect good family crowd. In the morning, streams of crowd from the market go-ers nearby will be coming, in the afternoon to night, there will be lunch and dinner crowd. Event held in the Community Hub lobby area (outside the Gym and Old Folks home), the flea market will be visible for all. Over the 2 days, we expect very good traffic.

Rental per stall: $105 only (2 days)

– 1 table (3ft by 3ft, no skirting)

– 2 chairs

– 2m by 1.5m space

Extra table cost $20 (2 days)

Extra chair cost $10 (2 days)

Product Restrictions: NONE. Vendors CAN sell first and second hand items as it’s a flea market.
