The Great Green Run is back!

We are thrilled to share that we are given the opportunity to manage the Green Bazaar, a part of The Great Green Run co-organized by TriFactor and Greenbees in Marina Barrage.

“Great Green Run is not just another sustainability-themed run, it serves as a platform for environmentally-conscious individuals, corporations and organisations actively driving positive change…. We believe the Great Green Run has the potential to inspire the larger community into taking meaningful action,” said CIMB Singapore chief executive officer Victor Lee.

As the Great Green Run is a sustainability-focused event, we require all vendors to conduct business in an eco-conscious manner, particularly regarding packaging, product material and assembly. While we prioritize environmentally friendly vendors, we do welcome participation from those selling a wide range of lifestyle products, including pets, gifts, fashion, kids’ items, electronics, crafts, snacks, and more. However, all items sold must align with our commitment to environmental responsibility and cannot be harmful to the environment.

The Green Bazaar is a major highlight of the run as we are looking to have 60 – 70 stalls to join us in setting up a stall for these 2 days event.

From past experience, the Great Green Run was well received and have a huge number of runners signed up for the 5km and 10km run.

Time: 9am – 8pm
Venue: Marina Barrage Level 1 outdoor (under tentage)

Rental Rates (Early Bird Rate)

$200 rent (2 days, non food stall)
$300 rent (2 days, prepacked food / drink stall)

All F&B vendors are required to have SFA license.

Logistics Provided

– 1 table (4ft by 2ft, no skirting)
– 1 chair
– Shared huge tentage comes with lights and fans

Additional Chair: $10 (2 days)

Power point: $100 (2 days)

Marina Barrage has a good and steady crowd of kite flyers, joggers, cyclist and picnic goers.

EVENT SYNOPSIS

The Great Green Run 2024 (GGR24) is a sustainability-centric mass sporting
event, designed to be one of the region’s greenest and most aspirational runs. With
its eco-friendly setup and the infusion of values such as diversity, inclusivity, and
philanthropy, GGR stands as a beacon of green ethos and community engagement.
Already in its second year, GGR24 is jointly organised by Greenbees and
Tri-FACTOR, along with collaborative efforts with our esteemed international
partners, the Kingdom of Bhutan and Lahti, Finland. Together, we are committed to
delivering an event that not only promotes physical wellness but also champions
environmental stewardship and global cooperation.
Aligned with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030 and supporting 4 of United Nations
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), GGR24 stands as a testament to
our commitment to sustainability. In addition to having Singapore
Environment Council as our Certification Partner, we are honoured to have
Senior Parliament Secretary Baey Yam Keng as our Guest of Honour.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

The Run Route will offer a curated experience, setting course through some of
Singapore’s favourite run routes – Marina Barrage, Marina Bay Sands and East
Coast Parkway, ensuring that runners will enjoy scenic vistas along the way.
Attendees of GGR24, including participants, supporters, and the general
public, are invited to immerse themselves in two days of Sustainable Retail
experiences through our vibrant Green Bazaar (by T.Cartel). Featuring at least
50 stalls, this eco-conscious marketplace offers a diverse array of offerings
and retail experiences, including farmer’s market, pre-loved fashion apparels,
pet adoption, antiques, vintage clothing, and more.
Runners can also win aspirational trips to Bhutan and Lahti (Finland) through
GGR participation. Winners are encouraged to be our esteemed ambassadors
for both GGR24 and sustainability. Their experiences in these host countries
will serve as inspiring tales of eco-conscious living.
