This end month, we are organizing an outdoor Christmas bazaar outside Hillion Shopping Mall. The event theme is Christmas and we hope to have more vendors selling Xmas related gift items, snacks, ornaments, artisan products. Having said that, vendors are also most welcome to sell anything they deem suitable such as fashion, kids, pets, etc.

The event is held in the big open area directly outside Hillion shopping mall entrance and the entrance to Bukit Panjang MRT/LRT station (as seen in the photo attached on top). The location of this event is strategic and it being held during the festive season, we expect the buying power to be strong, crowd to be good. And this is one event you won’t want to miss this Christmas.
All vendors will be put under a giant A-Tent, with Christmas decoratives, lightings, Xmas songs, the mood is pure Christmas. There will also be other activities organized by the shopping mall such as Character Show (this is a huge crowd draw, and also reason why the mall wants us to hold our event this period), and others.

Event Details

Date: 30th Nov – 3rd Dec 2017 (Thurs – Sun)
Time: 11am – 10pm
Location: Outside Hillion Mall (17 Petir Road, Singapore 678278)
Rental: $420 for 4 days

Selection of Stalls ($30 optional for selection of stalls in stalls B and D)
Selection of Stalls ($50 optional for selection of stalls in stalls A and C).
Special note: $70 optional selection fee for stall A1, A2, A3, C1, C2, C3 instead of $50.
Extra Table: $25 (4 days)
Extra Chair: $10 (4 days)

All vendors must take the 4 days event. You are allowed to share with your friends, each taking a certain number of days.

Logistics:

Every Booth comes with the following logistical items:
– 1 x Table (3ft by 3ft) WITH skirting
– 2 x Chairs
– 2m by 1.5m space

– Tentage with fans and lightings

No product restriction

All vendors may leave their items overnight there, and covered with a canvass. We have night security guards to look after everyone’s items.

Advertising will be done around and outside of the mall:

– Large banners placed on the tentage
– Smaller sized banners to be placed around the shopping mall
– Facebook advertising
– Advertising on Hillion Mall’s social platforms
– High traffic organic crowd
All vendors are encouraged to wear red or green for this event. And do bring along a Christmas hat or a Santa beard to add to the atmosphere 🙂
