This September, we are organizing a Mooncake Festival Bazaar in NUS. Vendors selling mooncakes, lanterns, are preferred but not limited to those, we also welcome other lifestyle vendors to join us.

Event Details

Dates: 3 – 5 September 2024 (Tue – Thur, 3 days)
Time: 10.30am – 3pm
Venue: NUS, Outside Frontier Science (aircon) canteen

Target audience: Staffs and students

Rental Rates:

– $270 for 3 days (Tue – Thur)

Logistics Provided per Stall

– 1 x Table,
– 2 x Chairs
– 1 x 13AMP power point (Upon request)

Publicity

Event publicity via NUS Campus Services eDM, social media, LED panel, canteen monitors and PGPR housing monitors.
And T.Cartel’s social media platforms.

Requirements:

– No sales / promotion of alcoholic products.
– Bazaar tenants may bring in mooncakes and other lifestyle products to sell.

You may leave your items there overnight at your own risk. Please do cover with Black cloth only.

The demographics of the shoppers consists of students and staffs.
