National Day Performance + Bazaar

Date: 6th August 2017 (Sun)
Time: 3pm – 10pm
Venue: Open field near Nee Soon East CC (1 Yishun Ave 9, s768893)
We are looking for Food Vendors and some special NDP related items.

Estimated Crowd: 5,000 pax !!
Rental: $220 per stall (Prepacked food)

: $350 per stall (for cooked food) + waterpoint provided

Logistics Provided:

– Tentage (with fans and lights and powerpoint)

– 2 tables (3ft by 3ft each, no skirting)

– 2 chairs

– Waterpoint (optional)
Strictly NO drinks stall (as we are reserving for the underprivileged families to sell). And NO candy floss / popcorn.
We have a few ideas for food: bite sized finger food such as curry puffs, sandwich, cupcakes, ice kacang, laksa, mee siam, tofu goreng, fishball noodles, ice cream (note: there is another selling for common ice cream), vegetarian bee hoon, “modern” food, kebab and others which you are free to suggest.
APART from Food, we also welcome non-food vendors to join us:

We are looking for vendors who can sell: light-sticks, We Love SG merchandise (t-shirts, caps, bags, mugs, scarfs etc) or anything SG related, face and hand water-tattoo, mini-cactus / plants, umbrella, or any items related or innovative products.

Rental for non-food stalls: $120 per stall
