National University of Singapore Bazaar

Hi Vendors,

Together with NUS, we are organizing a welcome bazaar for the international students who are moving into the campus. This time we are looking to fill up 10 stalls in the main area of Central Library Forum.

Event Details

Dates: 5 – 7 August 2025 (Tue – Thur, 3 days)
Time: 10.30am – 3pm (Vendors may extend beyond 3pm if they wish to)
Venue: NUS, Central Library Forum (non – aircon) See photo below.
Nearest carpark is CP15 at 8 Kent Ridge Drive

Target audience: Staffs and students

 

Rental Rates:

– $290 for 3 days (Tue – Thur)

 

Logistics Provided per Stall

– 1 x Long Table (1.2m by 0.6m, no skirting)
– 2 x Chairs
– 1 x 13AMP power point (Only Upon request as there are limited powerpoints available)

 

Publicity

Event publicity via NUS Campus Services eDM, social media, LED panel, canteen monitors and PGPR housing monitors.
And T.Cartel’s social media platforms.

 

Requirements:

– No sales / promotion of alcoholic products.

 

Suggested Products (but not limited to)

1) Chargers/adaptors, portable USB fan, extension cord
2) Umbrella, hats and sun protection, insect repellant
3) Sandals/ slippers
4) Basic cutlery/crockery such as fork, spoon, chopsticks, reusable containers, microwavable bowl
5) Hangers, laundry basket, towel, dustpan, broom, mop etc
6) Room decorations, reusable tote bags, floor mat
7) SG-themed curios such as games, books, souvenirs
8) Eyewear
9) F&B
10) Others

 

You may leave your items there overnight at your own risk. Please do cover with Black cloth only.

The demographics of the shoppers consists of students and staffs.

First come first serve to 10 booths.
