T.Pops in Scape!

We will be taking up 2 open kiosks spaces in Scape’s main level to do a pop-up sale concept for vendors who wish to consign and display their items there to sell. The vendors who’s joining us will just need to do the setup on the first day and restock their items periodically. Our promoters will do the day-to-day selling for you, closing and weekly update of sales figure.

This model works very well for vendors who are short on manpower to join events but still would like to sell their items by consignment or to reach out their online brand to more people. The space will also benefit those who wish to use the shop, located strategically in Orchard Road, as a collection point for their customers.

Pop-Up Shop Details

Date: 12th January – 30th April (3 and a half months period)
Time: 11am – 9pm
Location: Scape Mall Ground Level (2 Orchard Link), near to Somerset MRT Station

Open Kiosks: #02-17A and 17B. The shops are strategically located in the middle of Scape mall atrium.

Rental: $180 per month + 7% GTO (gross turn-over)

Contract of lease is for 3 months (February, March and April 2019).

*There is a one time handover fee of $50.

Logistics:

– 1 x white Table (75cm by 75cm). You can create “steps” on the table or bring wire meshes to display more items.

– Or a clothes rack (for vendors who’s selling clothes)

– A company board with your company’s name and online presence on it.

Additional products can be stored under the table, which our promoter will do restocking for you when the supply is running low.

All items to be displayed on tables or racks only.

Product restrictions: No handphone accessories, counterfeit items, trademarked items that are not licensed.

The demographics are mainly teenager and young working adults crowd. There is good traffic during lunch, dinner and the whole of weekends..We are working very closely with Scape to bring more activities, promotions, games and more to the mall and our vendors who’s joining us in this pop-up shop campaign will benefit greatly. More social media awareness will be done for our vendors with paid ads and more.

The layout of the tables and it’s location can be found below. All assignments of vendors’ stalls are to be done by the Organizer.

Fret free selling. Leave your items with us, and we do the selling for you. Limited to no more than 20 vendors only.
