Here at POPPIN, on a consignment basis, you leave your products with us and we help to sell your products for you!

We understand that manpower and time constraints are a real big issue for our vendors. Hence, fret not, POPPIN vendors can leave their products with us and POPPIN will have dedicated sales person(s) to help sell your products for you.

POPPIN @ Harbourfront Centre has secured unit #02-77/78, which is a 1,776 sqft store. We will be having a Marketplace and Lifestyle Concept. Our closest neighbors are Songfa Bak Ku Teh, Yoshinoya, DBS and OCBC Bank. Being near to the F&B stores highlight that there will be increased traffic near POPPIN @ Harbourfront Centre during meal times, allowing more customers to pop by before or after their meals.

Harbourfront Centre (HFC)

Harbourfront Centre shopping mall is a 3-storey retail destination, located in the heart of the vibrant Harbourfront Precinct, directly next to the Singapore River. HFC is linked to Vivo City and an international cruise centre. HFC is connected to Habourfront MRT and is easily accessible by buses too.

Being one of the more established shopping malls, Harbourfront Centre offers a diversity of stores ranging from F&B to banks & services to fashion to ticketing & travel and more. Some big brands in HFC are DBS, OCBC, McDonald, Starbucks, Don Don Donki and Kumon etc.

Traffic flow in HFC is real good. There is a non-stop crowd and traffic flow throughout the day and week. There is a remarkable number of people, ranging from locals to tourists, who visit HFC for their daily shopping, meals and transit to/fro Indonesia via the ferry. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to put your brand/products out there for more customers to see and buy!

Rental Details

Option 0: $660 a month, 10% GTO
Option 1: $550 a month, 12% GTO
Option 2: $500 a month, 15% GTO
Option 3: $400 a month, 20% GTO

One time $50 admin fee

(Has to commit for 3 months). GTO = Sales commission
Early bird gets to setup early 3 days and start early.

As this is our first out-of-town POPPIN venue, this flexibility would allow our vendors a choice to choose the option that best suits them based on their own sales estimates and projections.

The conservative will go for option 3, the super-confident will go for option 0, and most people will likely go for the inbetween (of option 2 and 3).

 

Booth space:

A furniture that is less than 1.2m by 0.6m in dimensions.

Vendor can choose to bring their own table / shelf

or to rent from us a table/shelf/rack at $30 a month only.

 

Responsibility of our vendors

All vendors are to setup their own. We will take over to do the selling during the tenancy period. The Organizer nor the mall will not be responsible for any losses or damages to the items.

 

Marketing Plans

To attract crowd for Poppin @ Harbourfront Centre, to increase your chance of selling your products and to increase your brand awareness, Poppin has come up with an exciting marketing plan!

– Dedicated Instagram and Facebook Post for every vendor (of your entrepreneurial journey and brand)
– Posting frequent Instagram/Facebook stories on vendors’ products
– Live Streaming
– Local celebrities and influencers collaborations to promote Poppin @ Harbourfront Centre and vendors products
– Dedicated workshop space for vendors & Poppin will purchase some slots from vendors’ workshops to give out to shoppers.
– FOC Display area (located at our cashier counter) for vendors’ products (upsell products!)
