POPPIN in Anchorpoint (#01-14, new unit)

 

Hi Vendors,

We are glad to share a new 2,000 sqft unit unit in Anchorpoint we have secured from early November 2025 onwards.

This new unit, #01-14, is located in between Tiong Bahru Bakery and Overbrod. It’s also best known for it’s unique positioning as it is situated outside of Anchorpoint just in front of the garden.

We have been in Anchorpoint for more than 2 years now, but this unit might just be different from the rest.

Christmas is coming, and we are especially keen to continue in Anchorpoint as the buying tends to be strong during this period. With our new concept, we are looking for vendors who sell products that are in trend, eg. Blind box, crystal gemstones products and anything else that are suitable for Xmas gifts and anything practical and fun!

Dates: anytime now. Minimum 3 months commitment. Start in early November 2025 (around 5 / 6 Nov)
#01-14 is between Tiong Bahru Bakery and Overbrod cafes.

POPPIN @ Anchorpoint is a 2,000 sq ft store at unit #01-14, where we will be adopting a Marketplace and Fun experiential concept in the shop.

 

Key Concepts

We are taking this new outlet for our POPPIN Concept.. Apart from the usual marketplace which is a mainstay, we will also explore having the below zones inside the shop:
– Pokemon / Yu-Gi-Oh / Magic Gathering trading cards area where collectors can gather to have some trading games fun.
– LBB Blind Box Zone selling all the latest in trend items.
– Workshop space for vendors to conduct classes.
– Chillax space for people to chill.
– Arcades machines by T.Games targeting the kids and indirectly their parents 🙂
– Marketplace of 30 – 40 stalls

 

Rental Details

Rental Rate: $480 a month + 15% GTO (Early Bird Rent)
Minimum commit 3 months. Start in early November 2025.
GTO: 15%. Sales of 15% will be taken, and we will transfer you back your 85% of the sales each month.

One time Admin fee: $100

 

Booth Space

A furniture that is about 1.2m by 0.6m in dimensions (or 0.72 sqm)
Vendors can choose to bring their own table / shelf OR rent from us a table/shelf/rack at $30 a month only.

In POPPIN, 1 stall = 1 furniture

 

Responsibility of Our Vendors

All vendors are to set up on their own. We will take over to do the selling during the tenancy period. Both the Organizer and the mall will not be responsible for any losses or damages to the items.

 

Marketing Plans

To attract a crowd to Poppin @ Anchorpoint, increase your chances of selling your products and help increase brand awareness, Poppin has an exciting marketing plan!
Details of our marketing plan:
– Dedicated Instagram and Facebook Post for every vendor (of your entrepreneurial journey and brand).
– Posting frequent Instagram/Facebook stories on vendors’ products.
