POPPIN Anchorpoint — We’re Back. Bigger. Bolder. With a Bang.
POPPIN is coming back to Anchorpoint — and this time, we’re doing it BIG.

Rental is going to be LOW. At $300++ a month only for the Early Bird signups

First 10 vendors to sign up: Rent at $350 a month
Next 20 vendors to sign up: Rent at $380 a month
(Sign up by 30th Sept 2026)
We need to have 40 vendors minimum before we proceed to take up the shop.

After our previous pop-up at Anchorpoint, we’re excited to return to the mall with an even bigger and more exciting edition of POPPIN.

This time, we’re taking over a 2,088 sqft fitted-up unit on Level 1, giving us a larger canvas to create a vibrant shopping experience and bring together a curated mix of exciting brands, creators, makers and businesses.

We’re not just putting up a pop-up.

We’re building a destination.

POPPIN @ Anchorpoint Shopping Centre

Dates: 23 October 2026 (3 months commitment. Rent free 23 – 25 October 2026)
#01-17/18 is a fitted up unit currently owned by Cotton On Kids. This shop is strategically located beside the escalator, KFC and in front of Jack’s Place.
Opening hours: 11am – 9pm
Location: 370 Alexandra Rd, Singapore 159953, unit #01-17/18

POPPIN @ Anchorpoint is a 2,088 sq ft store at unit #01-17/18, where we will be adopting a Marketplace and Fun experiential concept in the shop.

 

Key Concepts

We are taking this new outlet for our POPPIN Concept.. Apart from the usual marketplace which is a mainstay, we will also explore having the below zones inside the shop:
– A few Arcade games machines and play area.
– Workshop space for vendors to conduct classes.
– Chill space for people to chill.
– Marketplace of 30 – 40 stalls

 

Rental Details

Rental Rate: $350 / $380 a month. 15% GTO (Early Bird Rent for first 30 vendors who signed up by 30 Sept 2026)
Minimum commit 3 months. .
GTO: 15%. Sales of 15% will be taken, and we will transfer you back your 85% of the sales each month.

One time Admin fee: $100

 

Booth Space

A furniture that is about 1.2m by 0.6m in dimensions (or 0.72 sqm)
Vendors can choose to bring their own table / shelf OR rent from us a table/shelf/rack at $30 a month only.

In POPPIN, 1 stall = 1 furniture

 

Responsibility of Our Vendors

All vendors are to set up on their own. We will take over to do the selling during the tenancy period. Both the Organizer and the mall will not be responsible for any losses or damages to the items.

 

Marketing Plans

To attract a crowd to Poppin @ Anchorpoint, increase your chances of selling your products and help increase brand awareness, Poppin has an exciting marketing plan!
Details of our marketing plan:
– Dedicated Instagram and Facebook Post for every vendor (of your entrepreneurial journey and brand).
– Posting frequent Instagram/Facebook stories on vendors’ products.

– Free up your manpower and leave the selling to us. Though we encourage vendors to be there if they want to push sales.
