Calling all brands, makers & online sellers — POPPIN is opening a brand-new outlet at The Centrepoint, Orchard Road!

After successful runs at Tanglin Mall, Scotts Square, Anchorpoint & Tiong Bahru Plaza, POPPIN is expanding once again — this time to one of Orchard Road’s busiest and most accessible malls.

POPPIN @ Centrepoint is our biggest store to date at 8,666 sqft store and strategically located in the basement near to the escalator and underpass connector to other malls. The shop comes with spot lights, clean floorings.

The store is highly visible with its wide frontage. See photos below.

Demographics: Shoppers with good spending power, local families, expatriates and tourists.
Products will be curated. Vendors are free to check in with us for the products you wish to sell with photos.

Rental Details

Rental Rate (Early Bird):

Rent for a stall: $480 a month only & 15% GTO*
(Minimum commitment of 3 months)

Note: In POPPIN, 1 stall = 1 furniture

*15% GTO can be likened to commission, we take 15% sales and 85% of sales will be transferred to vendors each month.*

One time Admin fee: $100

First 20 vendors to sign up, also known as our early birds, will enjoy a week of rent free.

 

Booth Space

A furniture that is 1.2m by 0.6m in dimensions (or 0.72 sqm)
In POPPIN, vendors may choose to bring their own furniture (a table OR a shelve) or rent from us at $30 a month only. This $30 is on top of the rental of $480 monthly.

 

Furniture allowed:

– 1 Table (any products)
OR
– 1 Shelves Rack (any products)
OR
– 1 1-tier clothes rack (if selling apparels or bags).

There is a $30 a month Shelves Rack Surcharge for vendors who are displaying product on shelves.

 

Need Storeroom space?

– Each storeroom space is rented at $40 a month for 1m by 1m raw space.

 

Responsibility of Our Vendors

All vendors are to set up on their own with a unique Stall Code given to each brand. We will take over to do the selling during the tenancy period. Both the Organizer and the mall will not be responsible for any losses or damages to the items.

 

POPPIN with a Cafe

– We are looking for prepacked food vendors to join us as we will run a cafe concept within the shop. Selling all the delicious prepacked food and drinks. There will also be seating area for shoppers to chill out at.

 

Activities and others

POPPIN, The Xperience, is a POPPIN marketplace like no other before. We will have interesting concepts such as:
– Games and Carnival Games
– Playing area for kids
– Workshops
– Cafe for prepacked food and drinks (with cozy seating area)
– Influencers / Celebrities / Vendors meet and greet
– Balloon twisting, arts and crafts, popcorn, candy floss, busking, face painting, etc

 

Marketing Plans

To attract a crowd and increase your chances of selling your products and help increase brand awareness, Poppin has an exciting marketing plan!

– Instagram and Facebook post marketing
– Posting frequent Instagram/Facebook stories on vendors’ products.
– Visual Merchandising space opportunity at shop window display.
– Potential to tab on Centrepoint social media platforms or advertising campaigns.

We aim to do more for supportive vendors who sign up with us early such as allocating them at a better location or front half of the shop if sign up early (also depending on what the vendor sells).
