We’re excited to announce our next POPPIN destination — the prestigious and lifestyle-focused Tanglin Mall!

Located at the gateway of Orchard Road and surrounded by some of Singapore’s most upscale neighborhoods — including Holland, River Valley, and Nassim — Tanglin Mall draws a sophisticated crowd of expats, professionals, and affluent families who value quality, uniqueness, and have the purchasing power to match. The mall sits among high-end residences, serviced apartments, and embassies, attracting regulars who visit for groceries, enrichment classes, café-hopping, and relaxed weekend shopping. Its calm, refined atmosphere makes it the go-to mall for those who prefer an elevated lifestyle experience — often bringing along friends, family, and visitors.

With anchor tenants like CS Fresh, Tangs, Pharmaplus, Starbucks, Little Farms, and Cedele, alongside a curated mix of lifestyle and kids’ boutiques, Tanglin Mall enjoys consistent, quality footfall. It’s also a favorite stop for tourists from nearby hotels like St. Regis and Orchard Rendezvous.

Date of Rent Start: 19 August 2025 (3 months minimum commitment)
Setup: 1 week before.
Opening hours: 11am – 9pm
Location: Tang Lin Mall, Level 1, #01-123/124/125 (Beside escalator)
Nearest MRT Station: Orchard Boulevard

POPPIN @ Tanglin Mall is a big 6,183 sqft store located in level 1 and strategically located beside Guardian store and beside the escalator. The shop comes with shelves, spot lights, clean floorings, 3 changing rooms and a big storeroom.

The store is highly visible with its glass window display and it’s located on level 1, along with the other shops. Shop can be closed end of the day. See photos below.

Demographics: Shoppers with good spending power, local families, expatriates and tourists.
Products will be curated. Vendors are free to check in with us for the products you wish to sell with photos.

Rental Details

Rental Rate (Early Bird):

Rent for a stall: $480 a month only & 15% GTO*
(Minimum commitment of 3 months)

Note: In POPPIN, 1 stall = 1 furniture

*15% GTO can be likened to commission, we take 15% sales and 85% of sales will be transferred to vendors each month.*

One time Admin fee: $100

First 20 vendors to sign up, also known as our early birds, will enjoy a week of rent free.

 

Booth Space

A furniture that is 1.2m by 0.6m in dimensions (or 0.72 sqm)
In POPPIN, vendors may choose to bring their own furniture (a table OR a shelve) or rent from us at $30 a month only. This $30 is on top of the rental of $480 monthly.

Furniture allowed:
– 1 Table (any products)
OR
– 1 Shelves Rack (any products)
OR
– 1 1-tier clothes rack (if selling apparels or bags).

There is a $30 a month Shelves Rack Surcharge for vendors who are displaying product on shelves.

 

Need Storeroom space?

– Each storeroom space is rented at $40 a month for 1m by 1m raw space.

 

Responsibility of Our Vendors

All vendors are to set up on their own with a unique Stall Code given to each brand. We will take over to do the selling during the tenancy period. Both the Organizer and the mall will not be responsible for any losses or damages to the items.

 

POPPIN with a Cafe

– We are looking for prepacked food vendors to join us as we will run a cafe concept within the shop. Selling all the delicious prepacked food and drinks. There will also be seating area for shoppers to chill out at.

 

Activities and others

POPPIN, The Xperience, is a POPPIN marketplace like no other before. We will have interesting concepts such as:
– Games and Carnival Games
– Playing area for kids
– Workshops
– Cafe for prepacked food and drinks (with cozy seating area)
– Influencers / Celebrities / Vendors meet and greet
– Balloon twisting, arts and crafts, popcorn, candy floss, busking, face painting, etc

 

Marketing Plans

To attract a crowd and increase your chances of selling your products and help increase brand awareness, Poppin has an exciting marketing plan!

– Instagram and Facebook post marketing
– Posting frequent Instagram/Facebook stories on vendors’ products.
– Visual Merchandising space opportunity at shop window display.
– Potential to tab on Tanglin Mall social media platforms or advertising campaigns.
– Feel free to suggest how you may wish to be part of our marketing plan!

We have been running POPPIN in the Orchard area for some time now, with many good and interesting brands joined us and supported us. It’s time to re-connect with these regulars again and the new brands to create exciting concepts in POPPIN @ Tanglin Mall.

We aim to do more for supportive vendors who sign up with us early such as allocating them at a better location or front half of the shop if sign up early (also depending on what the vendor sells).
