Dates: 1st November 2025 Start (3 months minimum commitment)
Setup Date: 31st October 2025
Opening hours: 11am – 9pm
Shop Unit: #01-140 (beside Poh Heng and escalator)
Address: 302 Tiong Bahru Rd, Singapore 168732
(Near Tiong Bahru MRT Station)

POPPIN @ Tiong Bahru Plaza is a small unit 420 sqft only. The layout of the shop is a standard rectangular shape unit with track lights, vinyl flooring and white painted walls.
We’ll be installing CCTV, signages and decorations..

Though small, but the shop is located on level 1, beside the escalator. Foot traffic is very high with non-stop flow every minute. This location is strategic and prime.

The store is highly visible with full shop opening (NO doors). You may find more photos below.

Demographics: Shoppers with good spending power, local families, students.
Products will be curated. Vendors are free to check in with us for the products you wish to sell with photos.

***Steep Rental Alert*** The rent is not going to be cheap. Because of the small shop size (yet prime) and limited number of vendors that could join us only.

 

Rental Details

Rental Rate (Early Bird for first 8 vendors):

Rent for a stall: $720 a month only & 15% GTO
(Minimum commitment of 3 months)

Note: In POPPIN, 1 stall = 1 furniture

*GTO can be likened to commission, so 85% of sales will be transferred to vendors each month.

One time Admin fee: $100

 

Booth Space

A furniture that is 1.2m by 0.6m in dimensions (or 0.72 sqm)
In POPPIN, vendors may choose to bring their own furniture (a table OR a shelve) or rent from us at $30 a month only. This $30 is on top of the rental of $720 monthly.

Furniture allowed:
– 1 Table (any products)
OR
– 1 Shelves (any products)
OR
– 1 1-tier clothes rack (if selling apparels or bags).

 

Responsibility of Our Vendors

All vendors are to set up on their own with a unique Stall Code given to each brand. We will take over to do the selling during the tenancy period. Both the Organizer and the mall will not be responsible for any losses or damages to the items.

 

Marketing Plans

To attract a crowd and increase your chances of selling your products and help increase brand awareness, Poppin has an exciting marketing plan!
Details of our marketing plan:
– Dedicated Instagram and Facebook Post for every vendor (of your entrepreneurial journey and brand).
– Posting frequent Instagram/Facebook stories on vendors’ products.
– Potential to tab on Tiong Bahru Plaza social media platforms or advertising campaigns.
– Feel free to suggest how you may wish to be part of our marketing plan!
