We are excited to introduce the launch of our upcoming POPPIN outlet at Star Vista! Strategically located at the Buona Vista MRT interchange, Star Vista is a 3-storey mall directly connected to both the East-West and Circle Line MRTs. This prime intersection makes it a convenient destination for retail, dining, and entertainment, ensuring a steady flow of shoppers from all over the island.

As part of the vibrant commercial and residential hub in the region, Star Vista also attracts a dynamic and diverse crowd. The mall draws in working professionals from nearby offices and tech parks, such as One-North, students from institutions like NUS, and residents from the surrounding variety of apartment complexes. Its reputation as a lifestyle hub, combined with a loyal customer base and strong purchasing power translates into consistently high foot traffic and retail potential. Furthermore, The Star Performing Arts Centre, located above the mall, regularly hosts world-class performances and live tour events, generating additional visibility and excitement during major events.

POPPIN @ Star Vista is a small 710 sq. ft store at unit #01-26. The layout of the shop is a beautiful fashion boutique, with 3 existing fitting rooms, flooring, lights and racks all nicely done up.

The store is highly visible with its glass window display and it’s located on level 1, along with the other shops in one stretch. See photos below.

Our POPPIN outlet will be located at unit #01-26, alongside well-known neighbors like Lucca Vudor, NeNe Chicken, Subway, and many other eateries and specialty shops.

We welcome vendors selling all types of products to join us.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to put your brand/ products out there for customers to see and buy as we feel that the demographics here are shoppers with good buying power.

 

Rental Details

Rental Rates:

Rent for a stall: $650 a month only & 12% GTO
(Minimum commitment of 2 months)

Note: In POPPIN, 1 stall = 1 furniture

*GTO can be likened to commission, so 88% of sales will be transferred to vendors each month.

One time Admin fee: $50

 

Booth Space

A furniture that is about 1.2m by 0.6m in dimensions (or 0.72 sqm)
For POPPIN, vendors may choose to bring their own furniture or rent from us at $30 a month only.

If you are selling apparels, you can consider renting clothes rack from us as the existing clothes racks there are built-in there in the shop.

 

Responsibility of Our Vendors

All vendors are to set up on their own with a unique Stall Code given to each brand. We will take over to do the selling during the tenancy period. Both the Organizer and the mall will not be responsible for any losses or damages to the items.

 

Marketing Plans

To attract a crowd and increase your chances of selling your products and help increase brand awareness, Poppin has an exciting marketing plan!
Details of our marketing plan:
– Dedicated Instagram and Facebook Post for every vendor (of your entrepreneurial journey and brand). More marketing efforts will be done for first 30 vendors who signed up with us.
– Posting frequent Instagram/Facebook stories on vendors’ products.
– Visual Merchandising space opportunity at shop window display.
– Potential to tab on Star Vista’s social media platforms.
– Feel free to suggest how you may wish to be part of our marketing plan!

– Free up your manpower and leave the selling to us. Though we encourage vendors to be there if they want to push sales.
– Collection point or showcase products to your followers in a physical shop

We are excited to be part of this opportunity to work with Star Vista to start something in the mall for the first time. We encourage our vendors to sign up with us early as we can hold no more than 20 brands here.

We will aim to do more for supportive vendors who sign up with us early such as allocating them at a better location or front half of the shop, so do sign up soon!
