About the Tenancy

Total of 1 shop available only.

Tenancy period is 11 months.
(1 month pre-term notice by Landlord)

 

Handover date expected to be: Any time

The rental rate is as follows:

 

Rental Rates

Level 3
#03-15: $4,600 per month (364.90 sqft) + 5% GTO
(Rates subjected to changes still)

We take 5% of the sales. Vendors to declare sales monthly.

Other Charges

On top of the rental, all vendors must also pay a 3 months refundable deposit and One-Time only handover fee of $50,
Subsequent payment will be on rental only.

 

Utility

We charge a fix rate of $100 for utility bill every month despite your usage.

As this is a temporary lease, vendors cannot do renovation to the shop. No drilling and no nailing. The unit is ready to move in condition.

The level 3 is filled with many fashion retail stores. There is also a food court on the same level.
