Since the revamp of Clarke Quay from a nightlife hangout place to a family suitable eating/shopping paradise, we see a successful transition done by Capitaland. From past few months, through POPPIN, we have been working closely with Capitland and Clarke Quay to create a unique marketplace shopping experience for all tourists and locals in the area and we see an increased in footfall month on month.

Clarke Quay fountain area also host many activities, performances, competitions etc to draw traffic to the place. Much interest and resources have been placed by all stakeholders to make the revamp a success.

We are happy to share that we’ll be working closely with Capitaland to take up more smaller units for budding entrepreneurs who wish to run the stall their own in a low rent and short term tenure.

We have 3 temporary shops available for rent in Clarke Quay. If your target market is the upmarket crowd, tourists, local young families and youngsters, then this place might be for you.

Other Charges

On top of the rental, all vendors must also pay a 2 months refundable deposit and One-Time only handover fee of $50.

 

Utility

We charge a fix rate of $100 (per unit) for utility bill every month.

Note: All shops are in good condition and ready for business.

You may bring your own shelves, tables, racks etc to display your products in your shop. We leave it to your creativity 🙂

All vendors who sign up must do your own marketing to bring the crowd and your customers base in. The shop can be use as your storage of goods, retail selling and office.

Temporary Shop Lease is high in demand among my vendors and we are looking forward to very good response the moment this email is sent out. Clarke Quay is a popular spot among vendors.

Side suggestion: Vendors may share with their friends if you find the unit too big. All vendors Must keep the shop neat, tidy and classy. We are very particular about the neatness of the shop. All loose items and extra items can be placed at the back of the shop for storage covered by a cloth.
