We’re bringing the buzz to The Adelphi, and you’re invited to be part of it!

Nestled just across from Funan and steps away from City Hall MRT, The Adelphi is one of Singapore’s most iconic malls — famous for its music, lifestyle, and specialty stores. With strong foot traffic from working professionals, music lovers, and city shoppers, it’s the perfect spot to showcase your brand and products.

This mall has good crowd on weekday lunch time especially. The restaurants are usually packed. But the best thing is not on the footfall, but the rent. We are offering super attractive early bird rates for the first 50 signups.

Event Details (Bazaar period)

Dates: Every Monday – Friday in the month of November and December 2025.
Time: 11am – 8pm
Venue: The Adelphi mall Basement 1 atrium (beside City Hall MRT)

10 – 14 Nov ($220 for 5 days)
17 – 21 Nov ($220 for 5 days)
24 – 28 Nov ($240 for 5 days)
1 – 5 Dec ($240 for 5 days)
8 – 12 Dec ($240 for 5 days)
15 – 19 Dec ($240 for 5 days)
22 – 26 Dec ($240 for 5 days)
29 Dec – 2 Jan ($240 for 5 days)

Rental: $220 / $240 for 5 days for the Early Birds (first 50 signups).

Original rate: $280 for 5 days.

Logistics Provided per Stall

– 1 table (4ft by 2ft, no skirting)
– 1 chair

Rent an extra chair for $10 (5 days)

Stalls will be assigned by us. Vendors cannot choose.

All Vendors have to bring their own table cloth.

You may leave your items there overnight (covered by a cloth/canvass sheet) at your own risk. We will also allow vendors to use our storeroom if you wish to. It’s a distance away but it’s within the mall.

The bazaar is strategically located in the basement (near to the linkway to Funan).
