We are organizing our Blogshop Clearance Light-Up version in Suntec Convention. This is our 20th time holding it at the concourse area and we thought of doing something more “instagrammable setting” (Ok, We try).

What sets this apart from the usual Suntec event is that there will be warm fairies lights around the whole event place and individual stalls, welcome arc, and more.
There will also be a pop-up snack cafe to attract the crowd to our event. Vendors who have a stall with us in this event will also be given a snack coupon to claim their free snacks.

Blogshop Clearance Sale Bazaar 20 (Light-Up Edition)

Dates: 10th & 11th March 2018 (Sat & Sun)
Time: 11am to 9pm
Venue: Suntec Convention Centre Concourse level 3 (Open area inside Suntec)
Admission: FREE for shoppers
Note on venue: Our venue is the big open space you see at level 3, right smack in the middle. All shoppers will definitely find us once they are inside Suntec Convention Centre. Event is air-conditioned.

Rental: $325 (2 days) per stall

Logistics provided:

– 2.5m by 1.5m space (you may put up to 3 – 4 tables)
– 1 table (3ft by 3ft size, NO skirting)
– 2 chairs
– Carpet

– Battery operated Fairies lights for you to decorate your booth (please return us after the event ends)
Stall selection at $30 only. Select your own stall by paying $30 (2 days) on top of the rental of $325.
Additional table: $20 (2 days)
Additional chair: $10 (2 days)

Clothes rack rental for a 2 tier rack: $30 (2 days)
Clothes rack rental for a 1 tier rack: $25 (2 days)

You may bring your own clothes rack. However, for additional tables and chairs, you need to order from us.

Product Restriction: Strictly NO Health and Gaming related products as there is a Health Fair and a Game Convention at Level 4.

All vendors may leave their products there overnight. Please remember to bring a cloth or canvass to cover over your items.

For additional advertising firepower, we will place our event posters, standee, directional banners around Suntec. Our posters will also appear on Suntec’s large and small LED screens (more than 100 of them in total).

This event is opened to everyone (online sellers) or bazaar stallholders. Whether you are selling clothes, toys, accessories, bags, cosmetics, or anything. As long as you have stocks you want to clear, new products to showcase, we want you in.

Be sure to register with us early to secure a stall with better frontage and better location.
Event space can hold more than 60 stalls. There are so many events held in the same weekend and they are all major crowdpullers!
This event is heavily advertised on social media. You won’t want to miss this event.
