We are organizing our 2nd Fashionista Fair in Suntec Convention Level 2 (Crescent Room). And once again, we are lucky to have gotten this date as Singapore’s largest IT Fair will be held concurrently in Suntec too.
The last time we held an event there, earlier this year, the crowd and sale was so good that we expect the same this time round too, if not better 🙂
And because this is held concurrent with the IT Fair, you really won’t want to miss the chance to participate and make good sales.
We are keeping rental affordable at $325 per stall (2 days), and selection of stall $30(optional).

Read on to find out more about the event.This event will be one of it’s kind and quite different from our other events in Suntec because of it’s location. This location is strategic. It’s located inside Suntec Convention Centre and Suntec City Mall. Whether you are going to the IT Fair or shopping in Suntec City Mall, you will definitely see us there.

Do note that this event hall is NOT in Suntec meeting rooms at Level 3. Our location is at Suntec Convention Level 2. Just directly outside Suntec City’s Shop Cool-De-Sac and the entrance to link bridge to Marina Square (see photos below). You may quickly head down to see the location yourself and you will definitely be convinced of the awesome venue strategically located with good organic crowd.
Event is well connected. It’s located inside both Suntec Convention and Suntec City Mall.

The Fashionista Fair
Dates: 10th & 11th September 2016 (Sat & Sun)
Time: 11am to 10pm
Venue: Suntec Convention Centre Crescent Hall level 2 (Directly outside shop Cool-De-Sac and The Cocoa Tree)
Admission: FREE for shoppers
The doors to the event will be kept open, to welcome the crowd. We will also place large banners around the place to direct traffic into our event hall.
Rental: $325 (2 days) per stall
If you are fast enough to be the first 51 vendors, it’ll be $295 (2 days) instead.
Logistics provided:
– 2.5m by 1.5m space (you may put up to 3 – 4 tables)
– 1 table (3ft by 3ft size, NO skirting)
– 2 chairs
– Carpet
– Free Storage Space at our backroom
Space is big, rental is made affordable too. Put as many things as you want and start selling them to the crowd!
Stall selection at $30 only. Select your own stall by paying $30 (2 days) on top of the rental of $325

You may bring your own clothes rack. However, for tables and chairs, you need to order from us.
All vendors may leave their products there overnight. Please remember to bring a cloth or canvass to cover over your items.
Product Restrictions: NO IT related products. To avoid conflict of interest due to the event profile of our neighbours during the 2 days. Please check with us the types of product you are selling if unsure.
Be prepared for a very jam-packed weekend with us in Suntec Convention Centre as we expect constant flow of traffic throughout the day.
We will be placing our event posters, standee, directional banners around Suntec. Our posters will also appear on Suntec’s large and small LED screens (more than 100 of them in total). More advertising will be done on Facebook, Instagram, forums etc.
This event is opened to anyone of any products, as long as you have something to sell, we want you in!
Crowd is going to be real good. Don’t miss this chance to impact your business and expose it to more people. Venue being held in Suntec, you probably won’t find another rental as affordable as this. In fact, this could be our last chance to hold an event here with the IT Fair crowd, as subsequently, the crescent hall will be leased out for other project.
