Woodgrove Bazaar (Located in Woodlands)

Hi Vendors,

Due to popular demand, we have extended the number of days for this bazaar to 19 – 21, 26 – 28 September, 3 – 5 October 2025. Every Friday – Sunday. Vendors can choose to take any dates.

Why is Woodgrove important? The location is an important necessity shopping area for residents staying in the landed properties and HDBs nearby as there are many eateries, NTUC Fairprice, pets shop here.

This is a popular venue among vendors, especially those living in Woodlands.

Event Details

Dates: 12 – 14, 19 – 21, 26 – 28 September, 3 – 5 October 2025 (Fri – Sun)
Time: 11am – 8pm
Venue: The Woodgrove (30 Woodlands Ave 1, The Woodgrove, Singapore 739065)

Rental: $180 for 3 days for the Early Birds

Logistics Provided per Stall

– 1 table (4ft by 2ft, no skirting)
– 1 chair
– Some stalls will be placed under the building shelter, some under gazebo tentages.

Rent an extra chair for $10 (3 days)

Stalls will be assigned by us. Vendors cannot choose.

All stalls have to bring their own table cloth.

You may leave your items there overnight (covered by a cloth/canvass sheet) at your own risk.

The bazaar is located under building shelter (non air-con) as seen in the photos.

About The Woodgrove:

The place has major brands such as NTUC Fairprice (Finest), Mcdonald’s, KFC, Burger King, Pet Lovers, Anytime Fitness, Fun Toast, Coffee Bean, Medical Centre and many others. The Woodgrove serves mainly the residents there which comprises of people residing in HDB and landed properties.
