We’re thrilled to share that this beloved shopping event and flagship staple held at Suntec Concourse from 2014 through 2020 — is finally making its long-awaited return in 2025!

This year, we are similarly back at Suntec Convention, a time-tested destination for both locals and tourists alike, known for its seamless accessibility and vibrant mix of retail and exhibition experiences. We’re excited to be located once again at Level 1 Concourse, a high-traffic open space with direct line-of-sight from Suntec Convention’s main entrance, offering vendors maximum exposure as foot traffic naturally flows through.

Adding to the buzz, a major Pet Fair will be happening upstairs at the same time, drawing in throngs of visitors, many of whom will pass through our event area — setting the stage for a lively shopping atmosphere. We can’t wait to welcome you back to this iconic event!

 

Blogshop Clearance Sale Bazaar 31

The Blogshop Clearance Bazaar is a bazaar with more than 60 online shops selling their items offline. We wish to bring in more vendors selling curated gifts and fashion items that are suitable for the masses. We are not so much about the arty-farty arts market concept. But we are a bazaar that sells practical items used in this contemporary living. Vendors may sell anything creative, interesting and practical in this market.

That weekend, we have some really big scale, crowd-puller events, that are happening during our show.

Dates: 21 – 22 June 2025 (Sat & Sun)

Time: 11am to 9pm
Venue: Suntec Convention Centre Concourse level 3 (Open area inside Suntec)
Admission: FREE for shoppers

Note on venue: Our venue is the big open space you see at level 3, right smack in the middle. All shoppers will definitely find us once they are inside Suntec Convention Centre. Event is air-conditioned.

 

Rental: $400 (2 days) per stall

 

Logistics provided:

– 2.5m by 1.5m space (you may put up to 3 tables)
– 1 table (4ft by 2ft size)
– 1 chair

Stall selection at $30 only. Select your own stall by paying $30 (2 days) on top of the rental of $400.

Additional table: $30 (2 days)
Additional chair: $10 (2 days)

You may bring your own clothes rack. However, for additional tables and chairs, you need to order from us.

 

Product Restriction: Strictly NO Cats related products as there is a conflict of interest with the Fair held at Level 4 convention halls.

All vendors may leave their products there overnight. Please remember to bring a cloth or canvass to cover over your items.

The event will be advertised on Facebook, Instagram and the various social media platforms. We will also place our event posters, standee, directional banners around Suntec.

This event is opened to everyone (online sellers) or bazaar stallholders. Whether you are selling clothes, toys, accessories, bags, cosmetics, electronics, crafts, gifts, snacks or anything. As long as you have stocks you want to clear, new products to showcase, we want you in with us.

Be sure to register with us early to secure a stall with better frontage and better location.
Event space can hold more than 60 stalls.

Be the first 20 vendors to sign up. Send us pictures of your products and promotions, we will post, tag your company name and blast it on our Facebook pages (paid ads).

 

Rental: $400 (2 days) per stall

– Stalls are not confirmed until payment is made. Any payment made is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer.

– Strictly no refund after payment is made. Vendors may transfer stall to another person, but the Organizer must be informed and subjected to approval.

– Organizer has the right to reject any products that may not be suitable to be sold in the event.- Vendors must not sell any products not stated in this Registration.

– Assignment of stalls is based on first come first serve.

– No outside tables and chairs to be brought into the event venue.

– The Vendor shall be responsible to return the tables and chairs in its original state upon the completion of this lease agreement.

– All Cosmetic/ Skincare/ Nail/ Eye/ Perfume/ Bathe/ Perfume/ Hair products that come in contact with our skin must be produced in a factory approved by HSA.

–  All food products must come from a factory or food shop approved by SFA.

–  Vendor’s products must not infringe any Copyright Act, be it design/ logo/ brands of any major fashion’s/ sports’ Trademark & Licensed products.

– The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any dispute or liability arising from the sale of products by the Vendor.

– The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages of products during or after event hours.

– The Organizer reserves the right to collect payment from the Vendor to recover any damages caused on the flooring, pushcart, tables or chairs, cost of damages to be determined by professional contractors.

– The Organizer reserves all rights to ban the vendor from booking in future in the event of any dispute.

– All vendors have to clear away any unwanted items or trash at their booth area before they tear down, at the end of the Event.

– The Organizer may at its sole discretion choose to waive some or all parts of this contract. The Organizer reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
