Hi Vendors,
Due to popular demands, we will be back again in POIZ centre bazaar in January and February 2026. We have new options for vendors to choose from. You can choose to take Mon – Thurs targeting the weekdays crowd, or Fri – Sun targeting the weekend crowd or full 1 week. Depending on your preference.
Event will enter into the Chinese New Year festive and Valentine’s Day festive. Buying will be strong.
Vendors who joined us in POIZ Centre will usually come back again. We expect stalls to be selling fast.

POIZ Centre is part of a mixed-use development that includes POIZ Residences and a variety of commercial spaces, ensuring a steady flow of foot traffic from residents and office workers. It is also a common area for commuters to pass through for their meals and daily commutes.
As the closest mall to the MRT station in the area, POIZ Centre serves as a hub for Potong Pasir residents and commuters for their shopping and residential hang-out. While it may be a smaller mall with just three floors, it offers a well-rounded mix of retail options and essential services. The mall features a diverse range of eateries, cafes, Fairprice and specialty marts, home-living stores, healthcare and beauty services, wellness salons, and several enrichment centers popularly attended by kids after school – creating a self-sufficient and convenient destination for residents, families, kids and commuters alike.
Best thing is, our bazaar is located at the common walkway in between the 2 ends of the mall’s entrances. Shoppers will have to walk pass our bazaar area in order to reach their residential blocks or to go to the MRT station.
Crowd can be seen flowing non-stop throughout the day.

You may leave your items there overnight (covered by a black cloth) at your own risk.
The bazaar is located indoor. Very good traffic event. And we are looking for 22 stalls only. All stalls to be assigned by the Organizer as they are all placed in 1 line staggered.

About Poiz Centre
It is a 3 storey mall with NTUC Fairprice as the anchor tenant. There are many eateries, cafes, food kiosks and enrichment centres etc all fully operational. Poiz Centre is conveniently located just outside Potong Pasir MRT Station (Exit C) and a Bus Stop. The full address is 51 Upper Serangoon Road s(347697).

– Stalls are not confirmed until payment is made. Any payment made is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer.
– Strictly no refund after payment is made. Vendors may transfer stall to another person, but the Organizer must be informed and subjected to approval.
– Organizer has the right to reject any products that may not be suitable to be sold in the event.- Vendors must not sell any products not stated in this Registration.
– Assignment of stalls is based on first come first serve.
– No outside tables and chairs to be brought into the event venue.
– The Vendor shall be responsible to return the tables and chairs in its original state upon the completion of this lease agreement.
– All Cosmetic/ Skincare/ Nail/ Eye/ Perfume/ Bathe/ Perfume/ Hair products that come in contact with our skin must be produced in a factory approved by HSA.
– All food products must come from a factory or food shop approved by SFA.
– Vendor’s products must not infringe any Copyright Act, be it design/ logo/ brands of any major fashion’s/ sports’ Trademark & Licensed products.
– The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any dispute or liability arising from the sale of products by the Vendor.
– The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages of products during or after event hours.
– The Organizer reserves the right to collect payment from the Vendor to recover any damages caused on the flooring, pushcart, tables or chairs, cost of damages to be determined by professional contractors.
– The Organizer reserves all rights to ban the vendor from booking in future in the event of any dispute.
– All vendors have to clear away any unwanted items or trash at their booth area before they tear down, at the end of the Event.
– The Organizer may at its sole discretion choose to waive some or all parts of this contract. The Organizer reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
By registering under T.Cartel, vendors have read, understood and agreed to observe the terms and conditions.
