Dates: Early July 2026 (Commit 3 months minimum)
Opening hours: 11am – 9pm
Location: City Square Mall #02-57
(Above Farrer Park MRT Station)

POPPIN @ City Square Mall is a mid size 1,059 sqft store located in City Square Mall Level 2 open area. It is an open kiosks with very good visibility from all sides of the mall. Though exposed, crowd flow can be well managed as the shop has 2 entrances only. You may find the photos of the unit below.

POPPIN is located beside Sanook Kitchen. Nearby anchor tenants are Decathlon, Toy R’us, Cotton On, Kidodo Indoor Playground, Uniqlo, Pastamania, etc.

Demographics: Office workers, tourists and families.

Products will be curated. Vendors are free to check in with us for the products you wish to sell with photos.

Rental Details

Rental Rate (Early Bird):
Rent for a stall: $420 a month only & 15% GTO
(Commitment of 3 months)

PLUS 3 days of RENT free day and $420 a month early bird rate if you are the first 10 vendors to sign up and make payment.

Note: In POPPIN, 1 stall = 1 furniture

*GTO can be likened to commission, so 85% of sales will be transferred to vendors each month.

One time Admin fee: $100

Booth Space

A furniture that is 1.2m by 0.6m in dimensions (or 0.72 sqm)
In POPPIN, vendors may choose to bring their own furniture (a table OR a shelve) or rent from us at $30 a month only. This $30 is on top of the rental of $420 monthly.

Furniture allowed:
– 1 Table (any products)
OR
– 1 Shelves (any products)
OR
– 1 1-tier clothes rack (if selling apparels).

 

Responsibility of Our Vendors

All vendors are to set up on their own with a unique Stall Code given to each brand. We will take over to do the selling during the tenancy period. Both the Organizer and the mall will not be responsible for any losses or damages to the items.

 

Marketing Plans

To attract a crowd and increase your chances of selling your products and help increase brand awareness, Poppin has an exciting marketing plan!
Details of our marketing plan:
– Dedicated Instagram and Facebook Post for random vendor (of your entrepreneurial journey and brand). More marketing efforts will be done for first few vendors who signed up with us.
– Posting frequent Instagram/Facebook stories on vendors’ products.
– Visual Merchandising space opportunity at shop window display.
– Potential to tab on City Square Mall’s social media platforms or advertising campaigns.
– Feel free to suggest how you may wish to be part of our marketing plan!
