This 2-storey shop used to be occupied by Modparade, a famous online retailer for female apparels, shoes and bags. Now, they are moving to a shop unit just beside it, leaving the empty unit to us to run a flea!

The shop is well furnished with clothes rack, shelvings, air-con, powerpoint, wi-fi and toilet. Proper cement and wood flooring, with nice decorations and storage space for vendors too. (Thank you Modparade).

If you have been there before, you will know the place is mainly filled with tourists from all over the world.
– Locals, aged 16 – 40, both males and females
– Prime district. 5mins walk from Bugis Junction MRT, heart of Kampong Glam (beside Arab Street and Raffles Hospital).
– Heavily advertised by Singapore Tourism Board (STB). Hence the tourist crowd
– Superb weekend crowd
– Good mix of fashion and lifestyle shops. There are also cafes, pubs (fully packed with people) most time.
– Street performances is also quite common over there.

Directional standee would inform and direct crowd into the shop.

Note: Priority goes to vendor who can take 3 days first.

– 1 table or 1 rack or 1 shelving
– 2 chairs
(You may bring your own rack if you find it suitable).

Extra products can be placed in our storage room for you to restock. Vendors may leave item at your stall as we will lock up the shop at the end of the day.

We are looking at a total of less than 15 stalls only.
