We are sub-organizing a big scale event this 22nd April and are looking for a few Food and Drink stalls.

Name of Event: Launch of the National Workplace Safety and Health Council Campaign and Carnival 2018

Event Date: 22 April, 2018
Event Time: 9am – 5pm
Event Venue: Our Tampines Hub, Town Square (soccer pitch stadium)

Nature of Event: The National Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Campaign is an annual national campaign aimed at raising awareness on WSH issues as well as promoting safety and health in workplaces. The campaign is organised by the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council, supported by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other industry partners.

This year, the Campaign launch will take the form of a carnival. The aim is to get workers and their families to understand the importance of WSH and learn how to take action to prevent injuries and ill-health through games, activities and exhibits at the carnival. At least 1,500 participants are expected to attend the launch and 3,500 for the carnival.

The carnival will also consists of:

– bouncy castles
– obstacle course
– game stalls
– some exhibitions.

The event will be graced by Mrs Josephine Teo, Minister for Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Manpower & Home Affairs.

Rental per booth  : $110 (Food Stall)
: $130 (1 Drink Stall)

Logistics Provided:

– 2 tables (3ft by 3ft)
– 2 chairs
– Powerpoint

Event is under shelter.

We are looking for the following food and drink items:

– Bottled fruit juice or bubble tea
– Ice Cream
– Candy Floss
– Nachos
– Kebab
– Waffles
– Nuggets
– Fried Potatos
– OTHER FOOD/DRINKS you may propose.
