The Student Union of Nanyang Technological University is organizing the yearly NTU Fest 2017, a weekend event showcasing a Carnival, Concert and Walkathon, and we would love to have qualified and experienced F&B and Fashion vendors like yourself to join us by setting up a stall in this 1 day event.

Our estimated turnout rate approximates 5,000-7,000 people.

The details for the Carnival is as follows:

Event Details

Date: 19th August 2017, Saturday
Time: 2pm – 10pm
Location: Sports Recreation Center (SRC), Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
Transaction Method: Strictly Coupon Sales. We will count the earnings at the end of the Carnival. (and because the coupon sales was sold way before the event, we can use it to track the huge expected turnout).

Logistics:

Every Booth comes with the following logistical items:
– 1 x Booth Shell Area in SQM 3m (L) x 3m (W) [BIG SPACE]
– 1 x Reception Table with skirting
– 2 x  Chairs
– 1 x 13 AMP Powerpoint

Vendors may sell FOOD or Fashion / Lifestyle items.

This is a big big event in NTU in celebration of NTU success to date. There will be activities such as carnival, concert, walkathon workout and showcase of technology. Expecting a HUGE turnout for that day!
