Hi Farmers and Ecofriendly Vendors,

This June, we are partnering City Square Mall to organize a Farmers’ Market cum Ecofrendly/Sustainable living themed Bazaar in the main atrium at level 1.

City Square Mall, being an eco mall, has this initiative to want to create awareness for good sustainable living habits and will be powering forward this event. We are coming in to curate the products and manage the event.

As the seasoned vendors may know, City Square Mall does not usually open up their atrium space for outside vendors. This is a rare opportunity we can penetrate this sub-urban mall located in Farrer Park. The event will be heavily publicized by the mall and there will be external media companies coming in to boost the marketing aspect of the event.

Being a rare appearance of a bazaar there can also be a hype.

Vendors who are selling organic, locally produced, farmers’ market products (prepacked fruits, nuts, vegetables, rice, snacks, drinks) or eco-friendly lifestyle products (food or non-food, clothings, upcycled material toys, ornaments, non-plastics, products wrapped in recycled material packaging etc), may contact us. We are looking for limited number of vendors to join us.

The scale of this bazaar is mid-scaled. But the impact and outreach is huge. Vendors of the above trade will definitely not want to miss out.

 

Event Details

Dates: 19 – 25 June 2023 (7 days)

Time: 10am – 10pm

Venue: City Square Mall (Level 1 atrium)

Address: 180 Kitchener Rd, Singapore 208539 (above Farrer Park MRT Station)

Level 1 atrium: In front of Ding Tai Fung, The Body Shop, Typo, Giordano.

Rental Rate

Per booth is $600 (7 days) for the first 20 Early Birds vendors.

Subsequently rent is $800.

 

Logistics provided per stall

– 2 tables (3ft by 3ft, with skirting)

– 1 chair (with seat cover)

– 2m by 1.5m space

– Vendors’ Brand sigange

 

Stall Selection: None (Stall assigned by us). Atrium is open for passageway from all directions.

Rent an extra chair for $10.

You may leave your items there overnight (covered by a black cloth) at your own risk.

 

Activities and More

– Workshop opportunities for our vendors to take up a space and conduct upcycling/meaningful workshops (only reserved for Summer Market vendors). We’ll setup the tables and chairs.

– Talks, sharing session (open to Summer Market vendors to participate in)

– Social Media support and featuring our vendors.

– Welcome Arch/Gateway of Summer Market

The bazaar is located at level 1. Very good traffic event.

And we are looking for 30 stalls only.
