About the Tenancy and Rental Rates

#02-42:    $2,200  per month + 5% GTO (420 sqft)

#03-01A:  $3,532 per month + 5% GTO (883 sqft)

#04-12:    $2,940 per month + 5% GTO (840 sqft)

Vendors to do manual declaration of sales at the end of the month.

 

Unit comes with door and all the basic fittings.

Rent Period: Immediate

Fitting in period: Anytime. The sooner you confirm your participation, the sooner you’ll be getting the unit.

 

The above rates are heavily discounted.

Above are individual units. You are getting the whole shop all to yourself.

 

Other Charges

On top of the rental, all vendors must also pay a one month refundable deposit and One-Time only handover fee of $50,

Subsequent payment will be on rental only.

 

Utility

We charge a fix rate of $50 for electricity bill every month for product retail shop.

 

As this is a temporary lease, vendors cannot do major renovation to the shop. If you wish to have any concept that requires renovation, feel free to let me know with the concept and some drawings.

You may bring your own shelves, tables, wagons etc to display your products in your shop. We leave it to your creativity 🙂

 

The shop front can act as a:

– Collection / show case point
– Retail sales
– Storage space
– Office

 

All vendors who sign up must do your own marketing to bring the crowd and your customers base in and please keep the shop open regularly.

Side suggestion: Vendors may share with their friends if you find the unit too big. All vendors Must keep the shop neat, tidy and classy. We are very particular about the neatness of the shop. All loose items and extra items can be placed at the back of the shop for storage covered by a cloth.
