Utility

We charge a fix rate of $100 a month for utility bill.

You may bring your own shelves, tables, wagons etc to display your products in your shop. We leave it to your creativity 🙂

At the end of the day, vendors may keep their items in their shop at their own risk or keep them in the shared storage room.

As the mall is new, the traffic is not high yet. All vendors who sign up must recee the place and do your own marketing to bring the crowd and your customers base in. The shop can be use as your storage of goods, retail selling and office.

Side suggestion: Vendors may share with their friends if you find the unit too big. All vendors Must keep the shop neat, tidy and classy. We are very particular about the neatness of the shop. All loose items and extra items can be placed at the back of the shop or covered by a cloth.
