Other Charges

On top of the rental, all vendors must also pay a 1 month refundable deposit and One-Time only handover fee of $50,



We charge a fix rate of $50 for utility bill every month.

Note: All shops are in good condition and ready for business.

You may bring your own shelves, tables, wagons etc to display your products in your shop. We leave it to your creativity 🙂

All vendors who sign up must do your own marketing to bring the crowd and your customers base in. The shop can be use as your storage of goods, retail selling and office. But please keep the shop open regularly (compulsory to open daily 11am – 9pm).

Side suggestion: Vendors may share with their friends if you find the unit too big. All vendors Must keep the shop neat, tidy and classy. We are very particular about the neatness of the shop. All loose items and extra items can be placed at the back of the shop for storage covered by a cloth.
