Event Details

Dates: 30 July – 2 August 2024 (Tue – Fri, 4 days)
Time: 10.30am – 3pm
Venue: NUS, Prince George’s Park Residence (PGPR) Foyer

NUS has a total footfall of 50K. 35K students and 15K staff. Not the whole school population will come to this foyer. But the traffic is still good.

Rental Rates:

– $350 for 4 days (Tue – Thur)

Logistics Provided per Stall

– 1 x Table,
– 2 x Chairs
– 1 x 13AMP power point (Upon request)

Publicity

Event publicity via NUS Campus Services eDM, social media, LED panel, canteen monitors and PGPR housing monitors.
And T.Cartel’s social media platforms.

Requirements:

– No sales / promotion of alcoholic products.
– Bazaar tenants to sell mostly household essentials x 3, telco (sim cards) x 1, bank services x 2, F&B x 2 and others.

You may leave your items there overnight at your own risk. Please do cover with Black cloth only.

The demographics of the shoppers consists of students and staffs.
